Start Your Journey

Hi, I'm Rachel

Welcome! I'm so glad you're here.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor dedicated to helping individuals heal from trauma, grief, and loss. I also guide and support clients through self-esteem challenges and life transitions,  empowering them to build resilience. Therapy is all about developing intentional daily rhythms and fostering meaningful relationships. My goal is to meet you where you are, offer a compassionate and non-judgmental approach so you can lean into the hard stuff.

“You are imperfect, you are wired for struggle, but you are worthy of love and belonging.”

Brené Brown
